This shoot started with a venue that made me immediately say yes — the Farm Soho rooftop in Lower Manhattan. I partnered with photographer Lorena Oyoko of Oyoko Studio Weddings to bring an urban romantic aesthetic to life, with the New York City skyline doing exactly what we hoped it would.
The color palette — black, brown, tan, ivory, and soft pink — felt deliberate and sophisticated. Our model Nargiza wore a champagne A-line gown by Wona NYC with a rhinestone-adorned bodice. The standout cake: a two-tiered sleek black iced design with ivory and blush blooms by Cakes by Klein.
New York Public Library
The grand staircase and breathtaking rotunda were the stars of our second editorial. We intentionally kept the design minimalistic — letting the architecture do what it does best. An ivory one-tiered lace-embellished cake stood on a white column surrounded by floating candles, with single-stem bud vases adding a delicate finishing touch. The rotunda shots, in particular, were breathtaking.
Central Park
Central Park is many things — but as a wedding backdrop, it's incomparable. We shot across multiple locations including a boat on the lake and the iconic bridge, with real-life engaged couple Stephanie and Ryan as our lead models. Every frame captured the intimacy and romance the park naturally provides.
Brooklyn Bridge Elopement
Rain in the morning pushed this shoot to the afternoon — which meant the Brooklyn Bridge was alive with foot traffic, sunlight, and the full energy of New York City. And it made the photos even better. Photographer Lorena Oyoko captured the couple against the city skyline with real tourists in the background, which only added to the authenticity of the elopement feel.
