Everything you need to know about guidance sessions, coordination, policies, and what to expect when you work with Plan For Me Events.
Guidance Sessions
A guidance session is a focused, one-time, one-on-one consultation with a certified wedding planner — designed for couples leading their own planning who need expert direction, clarity, and a clear path forward. Following your session, you receive personalized planning tools built specifically for your wedding within 48–72 hours.
You Plan, I Guide ($150) — ideal if you're early or mid-planning, need help knowing where to start, or have questions about vendors, budget, or timeline and haven't booked most vendors yet.
You Plan, I Guide Intensive ($350) — ideal if you're already deep in planning, have booked vendors, and want a professional to review your contracts, evaluate your timeline, and identify any gaps before it's too late to change anything.
Guidance sessions do not include vendor sourcing, booking, or ongoing vendor communication on your behalf. They do not include day-of coordination or wedding day presence, unlimited access or ongoing support between sessions, or refunds — all sessions and packages are non-refundable once booked.
Within 48–72 hours you receive a personalized planning packet built around your specific wedding. This includes your Custom Priority Checklist, a Next 30 / Next 90 Priority Map, a Vendor Priority Guide, a Timeline Foundations Sheet, and Budget Awareness Notes. Nothing in this packet is a template — it is built for your wedding specifically.
Absolutely — and they are especially valuable for both. Elopements in Florida involve permit considerations, officiant coordination, venue logistics, and photography timing. A guidance session helps you navigate all of it with confidence. Proposals benefit from planning guidance around location, timing, vendor coordination, and the details that make the moment unforgettable.

A standard consultation is a conversation. A You Plan, I Guide session is a working session built around your specific wedding, your venue, your vendors, your budget, and where you are in the planning process right now. You walk away with a personalized timeline outline, budget direction, vendor guidance, and all your deliverables within 72 hours. This is not generic advice. It is your plan.
It is for any bride or couple who wants certified planning expertise, whether or not you commit to a planning package. That includes DIY brides who want a professional to validate their plan, couples who are not sure yet how much help they need, brides working within a tight budget, and elopement or destination couples planning from anywhere in the country. If you need direction from someone who has done this for over a decade, this session is for you.
No. All You Plan, I Guide sessions are virtual and available to brides and couples anywhere in the United States. Whether you are local to Orlando or planning a destination wedding from across the country, the session works exactly the same way.
Especially for elopements. Intimate celebrations still involve real logistics including permit considerations, officiant coordination, venue rules, photography timing, and backup plans. A session ensures your elopement is executed with intention and not improvised on the day.
Within 72 hours of your session you will receive your personalized planning notes and deliverables. That includes a timeline outline with the key milestones and structure for your day built around your specific wedding, along with budget guidance, vendor notes, and action items from your session. You walk away with everything you need to move forward confidently on your own.
Yes. As a certified wedding designer, Jasmine can review your decor vision, color palette, and styling direction as an add-on to any You Plan, I Guide booking. A 45-minute design session is $100 and a 30-minute session is $50. Mention it when you inquire and it will be added to your booking.

Month-of Coordination
Month-of coordination begins 45 days before your wedding and includes vendor confirmations, timeline creation, rehearsal coordination, and full in-person wedding day management. A guidance session gives you expert knowledge to plan better. Coordination gives you a professional to execute the plan you built. Your session fee is credited toward coordination if you decide to upgrade.
You Plan, I Manage Petite ($1,500) — designed for elopements, micro weddings, and intimate celebrations with up to 20 guests. Full coordination and wedding day management tailored to smaller celebrations.
You Plan, I Manage ($2,000) — designed for mid-size to larger traditional weddings with multiple vendors, a full ceremony and reception, and a detailed day-of timeline. Full-day management and coverage.
Coordination kicks off with a planning meeting 4–6 weeks before your wedding. From there, we review all vendor details, begin vendor confirmations, build your wedding day timeline, and coordinate your rehearsal. On your wedding day, we are your single point of contact for every vendor and every detail.
Yes — rehearsal coordination is included in the You Plan, I Manage package. For the Petite package, light rehearsal guidance is included where applicable based on the size and structure of the event.
