A guidance session is a focused, one-time, one-on-one consultation with a certified wedding planner — built for couples who are leading their own planning and need expert direction at a key moment. It is not full-service planning. Think of it as having an experienced planner in your corner for a defined window of time, giving you clarity, confidence, and a clear path forward. Following your session, you will receive your personalized planning tools within 48–72 hours.
If you are still in the early or middle stages of planning — You Plan, I Guide at $150 is the right fit. If you have already booked your key vendors and want a professional to review everything you have built, the Intensive at $350 is what you need. Still not sure? Reach out and I will point you in the right direction before you book.
A guidance session gives you expert knowledge so you can plan better — on your own terms. Month-of coordination gives you a professional to execute the plan you built, beginning 45 days before your wedding. Both are designed for couples leading their own planning journey. Your guidance session fee is credited toward coordination if you choose to upgrade.
All sessions and packages are non-refundable once booked. Because your session is prepared and personalized specifically for you, all bookings are final. If you need to reschedule, please reach out as early as possible and I will do my best to accommodate a new time.
